Quick. Expert. Affordable. I wasted time and money with my own misdiagnosis. Should have taken it to them as the *first* step!

best service! i accidentally spilled juice on my laptop and they fixed it asap. I would highly recommend going here.

I went back again and got my laptop fixed for such a good price. The guy who fixes the laptops is very lovely. The customer service is just fantastic! You won't be disappointed.

Best customer service ever. Affordable prices and Quick fixes too.Way better than device doctor.

So impressed. Made the mistake of taking my laptop to device doctors to replace the charger port. Only for it to stop working 3 months later. Charged me over $150. Took it back to them, they wanted to charge me $30 to "diagnose" the issue. I went to computer fix. He plugged in a charger and it wasnt working and it was indeed the charger port. No diagnoses charge. And only charged me 60$ for the part. Was done same day. When i went in he only charged me.$55. Great service . High reccomend Computer Fix.

These people do an excellent job and are very fair with pricing. I've taken my laptop there twice and they've been able to promptly fix the issue both times. I'd recommend this place to anyone having computer issues in the Charlottetown area.

Motherboard went in my HP laptop. He had a spare and transferred my hard drive to another laptop he had on site. He also lent me a lovely laptop to use until he had the other laptop ready to go. Reasonable price as well. Thanks so much!

Not helpful at all. I went to get my laptop screen fixed, they changed the wiring to the cable and now it doesn't flicker anymore. BUT now, it is no longer charging. It was charging before I sent it in and it isn't anymore.

When I called them back, the man said he wouldn't honor any more issues that appear up after the repair because he charged me ONLY $20. Which sure, $20 isn't a lot, I expected it to be higher. But I rather it cost more to be actually looked at, instead of that half assed remark and blaming the hardware. If the hardware is an issue it should still be charging even after i took it in. It was charging fine 3 days ago and its expected to still be charging after it comes back.

After the first call, they called back to say maybe the charger is the cause and to drop by and try a different charger. The charger was working fine for the past 2 years, and suddenly stopped working when its "repaired"?

Price isn't an issue, If charging more is the way to go then do it, I don't care if it cost, $20, $50 of even $200 more. No one wants to visit a repair shop more than they have to, I'd rather pay more for a laptop that is repaired and works instead of one that isn't working. They aren't doing anyone any favours by charging only their diagnostics fee for the repair. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It would've been better to just go to GeekSquad in Bestbuy.

Went in to have viruses removed off two devices. Their business card said, and I quote, "Virus and Malware Specialists". After explaining my problem to the owner he basically said that it would take him too long to do the work, despite the fact that he himself admitted that he charges $65/hour. I would have understood if he had told me that he was too backed up with other work and simply did not have the time in the near future to work on my devices, but he never said anything like this. So, I did not receive any kind of service and the visit was a complete waste of my time. It would be like taking your car to a mechanic and have him tell you that he doesn't want to work on your car because it will take him too long. I have never, ever once in my life had any kind of business turn me away because they simply did not want to do the work. I literally felt like I was in an episode of the 'Twilight Zone'.
