Gabe listened carefully to my issues and then promptly proceeed with correccting my Office 365 set up for Outlook. He also discussed with me on how he could make the system work more efficiently and more user friendly. I agreed with his suggestions and he quickly made the approriate changes.
Gabe also made some changes to my Samsung cell phone to make it run faster. He patiently show me how to do this periodically on my own.
Gabe is a true professional.

Barrie Location

I brought my computer into the cedar pointe location friday morning asking for them to fix my keyboard on my laptop, they told me monday it should be fixed. Come monday i don't receive a call, so I called myself and they said do to holidays (civic holiday) your keyboard shipment won't be in until tuesday and we will have it done wednesday. Wednesday came and went, emailed the person working on my computer, he said he's not in the office and it will be done tomorrow afternoon, being today at 3:30 still haven't received a call.

I didn't get a call or give them the okay to start fixing my computer, only asked what i needed, and now I'm getting the run around on when I will get my laptop back.
