I recently purchased a micro desktop with Windows 11 for about the same price as comparable refurbished systems online. I'm very pleased with the computer's performance and the practical advice and service I received.

You know how some places would tell you that "it's your mother board, not worth fixing" if they don't know what the problem is? So this place didn't. Honest and reliable, didn't charge me since they were not sure what the problem was. Highly recommended.

I was in there maybe more the 8 years ago and said I'll never go back there again.... well today I had to stop by and see if they had some RAM and a i5 CPU and first I will say when I walked in the door I was blown away the place was clean and tidy, everything was laid out nicely, aswell as having what I was looking for at fair prices the Guy who served me was very helpful and nice to talk to, I'm glad I went in and I will be doing more business with them. I will recommend this for parts and services ?

Great customer service through phone calls. Inquired on pricing of some basic desktop computers. The person on the line was very friendly, gave me the specifications of the system I was interested in, and included the prices of monitors as well.

I have dealt with this group in person before and have had great experiences with them and they're very willing to help you with your technology needs.

UPDATE
They reached out with a reasonable offer after, may or may not take them upon it, but at least they showed some effort to correct the issue which I appreciate.

Brought 2 laptops in for servicing over a year ago. One was water damaged and sent for recycling, the other had a fried mother board which they said they would try to fix with new or used parts. I waited, never heard anything, dropped in periodically and got "we don't know" or "there's a slip with your name on it" and instructions were given if it was not repairable to remove the hard drive so I could retrieve my data. I find out today that it was recycled and that they did not follow my instructions. They said they reached out but there have been no missed calls or voicemails. So now I'm out a computer and they accept 0 liability. I have picked up small components and parts here for years, never again. You just lost a customer permanently.

Called just looking for information about buying an older monitor for a vintage computer and was very rudely dismissing saying that they do not sell any older technology they get in they just scrap it. I told them I would be willing to pay whatever the price of whatever they would receive for recycling it and wasn’t again very rudely dismissed and had the phone hung up on me. Will definitely never be doing buisness with them again.

Went in to buy a computer and computer had non-functioning hardware. Service rep wouldn't help to fix the issue before purchase. Said there was nothing he could do and that it could take two weeks @ 8 hours a day to find and update the drivers. Don't know about you but I certainly don't feel like purchasing a paperweight.

Avoid unless you like wasting money. I won't be back!
