If I could give 0 stars I would. I think I was taken advantage of by Tony, who charged me $60 for simply plugging in my laptop and charging it. I had it in because it wouldn't power on. I was asked to pay $60 fee in advance, since "he would have to open it up". When I picked it up, he made some vague statement about how he had to reset the power switch on the motherboard. He then tried to get me to pay another $60 to remove a virus, telling me it was because of a virus and was going to happen again. I said it wasn't slow and never crashed. He again pressured me, said it was half his normal rate. None of this made sense to me. The shop is a complete mess. My sense is there's something shoddy going on there.
So yesterday same problem - laptop wouldn't power on. This time I took it to Laptop Clinic, 868 Merivale. They couldn't have been more professional and helpful. No deposit, kept it 5 hours, tested it, said there was nothing wrong, that it's a power source problem, charged me nothing. It turns out my battery was just depleted. I was plugging it into an outlet that didn't work. I am convinced that it is the same thing when I took it to Tony.
He says he wants to build a trusting relationship with clients. Huh. Not with this one. I would never ever trust him with anything.

My laptop fan had died and, unfortunately for me, my usual go-to repair store was currently under lockdown orders. I heard about this and how quick the repairs are, so I sent it in and paid about 55 dollars. Within five hours, I got the results and was told the fans tied to the motherboard and CPU were killed due to heavy (possibly gaming related) duty onto the laptop. Not to mention that there was the obvious problem with the laptop bezel being broken, something I wasn't able to properly handle because around that time, the lockdown happened.

The repair cost would have been 400 dollars (possibly with the 55 dollars as the discount), which, while cheaper than I had imagined the price, was also convinced me to instead invest in a desktop computer, since, on top of all the other things needed to be fixed, it might have been easier for both me and the computer if I put that 400+ towards a desktop that might be able to tank the wear and tear of gaming.

I told him of my decision and went over to pick it up. It was exactly as I had left it, no strings attached.

I should note again that I decided not to go through with the fix for personal reasons and not due to anything related to the shop or its owner. That said, I felt as though my money was well spent since the problem was diagnosed in less than half a day. This is most definitely a good place to send your computer in.

EDIT: I can hear some fan whirring, which means that he might have at least fixed part of it or cleared away some dust?

I had hackers take over my computer demanding payment. I took my computer to Computer Onsite since I live in the area. They were able to not only remove the hackers but were able to save my valuable work data that I thought I would lose. The technicians were very knowledgable and the price was reasonable. Will be returning again for any future computer issues.

My partner and I built our own computers but couldn't get them to boot properly so we took it to the "professionals". Tony. the manager, seemed fine at first, though it was hard to understand him because he has a thick Asian accent. We quickly learned that he wasn't very professional. He took a very long time to get the computers up and running. He never checked in with the progress of the computer and when we called he was impossible to understand. He said the computer was ready and when we went to get it it wasn't their, because apparently the work is done off site. It was then three days later, after calling every day that we went and picked up the computers. They hadn't even snapped on the front cover of the computer case properly (easy fix, but seriously!?). In total it cost $350 for both computers, a little pricey in my opinion. BUT at least they did work!!!

A little pricey, a little unprofessional... probably best to find somewhere a little less of a pain.

Poor customer service. Found this business by their website. Advertised iphone4 battery replacement for $40. Living 40 minutes away, I called and spoke to "Tony" on the phone. He assured me that the battery was in stock, replacement cost was $40 and that it would take about 1 hour to replace. I told him I would be there in about an hour. Upon arrival, the clerk needed info such as my password to my phone. I declined. then she told me the price was $50. When I showed them the price on their website, she was quick to point out that the website also says "prices subject to change without notice". Because I'm a sucker, and drove across town, I agreed. The clerk seemed surprised when I said I would be waiting for the phone. She said she would have to call 'him' to tell 'him' (Tony) to return to the store to do the battery replacement. I returned just oven an hour later and had to wait next door in the restaurant while they were 'charging' my phone. After the phone was returned to me, I paid and received my detailed receipt with lots of fine print. The clerk handed me a second receipt and told me to sign it. I asked why I was signing a copy of a receipt and her reply was, verbatim - "Just sign it. You have to". So, I took my time to read the fine print. It was warranty information, disclaimers, etc. When I declined to sign it, She was confused and upset. Tony intervened and said it was for my warranty. I explained that I already had a copy, and he didn't need me to sign one to give to him. I also suggested he update his website, to reflect his current prices. His reply: "We are too busy and haven't had time". So, my battery replacement went fine, but I'm pleased to report that Tony's business is soooo busy, he doesn't need yours.

Computer Onsite did a great repair on my MacBook Pro's screen. I'm glad a friend of mine recommended a place with actual competent staff because when I went to Best Buy for a hard drive repair, the Best Buy representative was extremely rude and overcharged me. I would recommend Computer Onsite to anybody who needs help with Apple products.

I thought everything was fine when I picked up my laptop, but I was wrong!
It went in for a screen issue and came back with a keyboard issue. They argued and said they didn't touch the keyboard.
They tried to say it was a num lock issue; and it is not!! He wouldn't let me talk or explain why I knew they changed or did something.
Never will I ever return to this store.
Customer service sucks and so disappointed with people who can't own their mistakes..mine was taking it to him.
Crooks and I agree would give zero starts if I could

Brought in a chromebook with a damaged hinge on the left side to attempt to repair. Got the call that it was fixed and to pick it up, and it fell apart as soon as I tried to open it up. Not that impressed with the service, will try elsewhere. Brought my chromebook to another store they fixed the entire hinge assembly for $102 after tax. Never bringing anything to this shop again.
