Scammer he breaks your computer and try’s to get u to pay more money. Unmannerly unruly and unprofessional. I took my computer to be fixed just my hinges. I was charged $220 .I got it back with the screen falling off. Took it back a second time was screamed at argued with he took my computer and stormed off. I was only able to receive my computer when it was convenient for him. Fast forward I finally got my computer back and now it have a motherboard issue it’s glitching and it not working at all. This Guy stop replying to my messages and stoped answering calls. He’s a liar a thief and a scammer. If only I could add video and recording here I’ll make a tictok or something because this is unacceptable

Its against my usual intention to write a review like this, but I still compelled to give my utmost honest opinion of the shop. Went there to get my usb-c port fixed, and Kian charged me $100 for diagnostics and later asked me $500 to have both ports fixed. $500!! He even lectured me for half an hour that his price was the cheapest in town.

After which I took it back to another location in DT and they happily did it for $125 with no upfront diagnostic fee.

Seeing all the great review he has, I dont suspect his skills, but this is not a cheap shop and I would only recommend it as a last resort if you have nowhere else to go.

Very great service from Kian, was happy I went to him. Very knowledgeable in what he does. Took my laptop to him to repair the screen. He was very honest over the phone when I was describing my problem to him - he would suggest solutions that were of no benefit to him and was looking out for my own good, it was clear that he was not trying to gouge me for money. I found out once receiving my laptop back after the repair that he even went the extra mile and cleaned up some problems within the software for free. Would highly recommend

**Edit after owner responded - Kian thank you for your response, I appreciate you including the prices so I can take a screenshot of your response in case you edit in the future. I'm not sure what you think of your customers but obviously you must think they are clueless. Since you claim to strive to be "the best" and perform your job with great passion you must know that your customers can check the price history of PC parts on amazon by simply searching "amazon pc parts price history" on google.

"For example, CPU Intel I7 12700KF was over $850, I invoice you $560.04."

12700KF has never cost $850 MSRP in Canada. Ever. The official MSRP on release was $389/USD In USA and $550/CAD in Canada. In December 2021 it was available for less than $470 on Amazon and the highest price EVER on Amazon was $538.53 CAD. On top of this all the other parts I paid approximately 20-30% more than MSRP on Amazon at that time.

Regardless of this completely dishonest price scamming Kian, I only left the negative review under your other company immediately after you told me you couldn't return the case after we found out it would not fit the 4 series graphic cards even though I specifically told you to check this detail and make sure it would fit the new series of graphic cards. Can you explain what type of "passionate tech" gets a gaming case for "$260" that is immediately outdated within 2-3 months? On top of that you mentioned the 8 fans thats hilarious because your solution to your mistake was "I can't return the case but I can remove 2 of the fans to fit the new graphic card". I only added this review recently because you claimed I wasn't your customer so I googled your address again when I was uploading proof and found your second company. Sucks.

Same owner as Kian computers. Runs under two names. Is a scammer, overcharges and more likely will do more harm than good to your pc. Read the other genuine negative reviews on both of his companies and his replies to understand what type of person your dealing with.

When I visited to Kian at the very first time for getting my laptop fixed, he diagnosed the issue and told me that its a software issue, not the hardware. Furthermore, he stated that the issue will be resolved in 120$. Later on, he called me and said its a hardware issue and will cost me 400$ more. I think this guy is playing with the innocent customers. He does not know how to do business. I am very upset because he took 120$ from me and did not resolve the microphone issue of the laptop. Also, he disrespected me a lot when I went to collect my laptop back. I will not recommend him to anybody.

Kian is the best… I had an issue with my laptop & he analyzed the fault in no time and fixed it. He was prompt in his reverts on calls and messages… he’s also very humble and a warm person. Definitely a trustworthy person… I’m glad I got my laptop fixed from him.

Kian is excellent at what he does, very professional and quick as well. I took my pc in to get diagnosed because it had stopped running and he worked with me, helped me pick out parts and then installed them. Throughout the whole process he was very patient and was communicating well with good response times. I'm very happy with the end result and if I ever have any issues again I will definitely be coming back to Kian.

I am not sure where to start here because frankly speaking, Kian is friendly and upfront regarding the fees he charged for diagnostic ($135.60). His service is also faster compared to other provider that I called since the turnaround time is about 1 day and he is available on weekend. I enjoyed the fact that he greeted me with a smile when picking up my computer.

Now, the unfortunate part why I gave Kian 2* is because I felt like the fees charged is not up to par to the service given. I came to Kian because my desktop is not turning on because of an accidental drop. I performed diagnosis with my office's IT specialist and deduced that its either motherboard or power supply issue. I tried changing the power supply to no avail. Leaving the motherboard as the likely problem.

I addressed this to Kian when I first met him. Again, Kian was upfront about the fee ($135.60) but I did address my concern to him that a motherboard replacement would cost the same as his diagnostic fee. I was hoping that he would be able to provide me with more options than what cheaper IT store ($50, major computer chain) can do.

I was dismayed on the fact that Kian's diagnostic result is basically telling me to merely replace the motherboard. Yes, my motherboard is busted with apparent melting on the back. I believe this might be caused by short circuit on the motherboard due to bent components when I dropped my computer, this is just a "beginner's" diagnostic, mind you. That said I was hoping that he didn't just took the time (I can tell that he does being careful with it) to dismantle my computer and pointed out what's obvious. I was expecting something more like soldering or actual repair work on the motherboard itself for the premium that he charged. I did ask Kian kindly if he can lower down his fee when picking up my desktop but got shot down. In the end, I, as a customer is on the losing end because I have to pay twice for a motherboard replacement.

This is not a warning or whatsoever, I believe that Kian is capable of solving all your computer problems. However, if your fix is simple, the diagnostic fee that Kian charge is better used for more severe problems.

Reading others review made me feel like Kian will just shoot this post down instead of taking it as a constructive feedback. I tried to be as fair as possible in providing this review and I hope that Kian will take this with sincerity.
