I rented a U-Haul truck from Preet yesterday and she ensured that everything was ready and topped up for me for when I got there. She was fast checking me out and gave me her number should I need anything or have any problems... Well unfortunately after I had locked up I forgot my ear buds case in the cab of the U-Haul and then reached out to Preet this morning and she said she had found it for me. I am going there now to get it. I look forward to seeing them again and using their service in the future. Truly I could not be happier with their customer service. I also like that she is easily reachable. Thanks Preet!

Very consistent service from this location and always happy to accommodate for all of my needs. The lady behind the counter always greets me with a smile and tries her best to make sure that I get exactly what I am looking for.

Very bad service, they charged my debit card $73 for only 16 miles, it's very unfair, and they made me put gas in because if I didn't, they would charge me another $35. The truth is, it's terrible service, they deceive people and show you old photos, it's a scam.

I'm not sure what the other reviews have said but I have had the most pleasant experience at this Uhaul (especially with the owner). I rented a 15-Foot uhaul truck in bowmanville where I drove all the way to Mississauga (was moving big tanks). When I dropped off the uhaul truck (late at night) at this location, I thought everything settled and no more headaches. Next morning, got a call and there were some minor issues but the owner clarified to me that she was trying to help. Realizing that, I trusted her and honestly it was an amazing experience. Uhaul overcharged me on stuff that shouldn't be overcharged and she took care of everything - she even followed up with me ensuring that everything was settled.

I'm not sure other people's experience but I'm a business owner and I have to say that I left this location in a very good mood.

I will be recommending everyone to go to her for now on and if I ever need a Uhaul truck, she is my go to location.

I DON'T HAVE A CLUE WHY FEW REVIEWS ARE SO NEGATIVE BUT, The service was fantastic. Very easy and communication was key. Preet from this U-Haul location is so knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. She is so accommodating and will go over and beyond to make you satisfied. we need more people like Preet. I recommend 100% through Preet. The other customers that left negative comments about PREET and this location are just naggers and complainers.
