Computer Star was able to recover all documents from my 2016 home office desktop which refused to open. In addition to transferring all the files to an external hard drive, he was able to replace the desktop hard drive, upgrade the operating environment from Windows 10 to 11 as well as address the connectivity speed.

My experience in recovering the contents of my computer hard drive and the services to restore the desktop were extremely positive.

I called and asked abt repairs for a macbook was given a ball park rate i told i wasnt looking to spend that much and we agreed on a price for $165 brought it in next day and they quoted $180 cus now they were treating trackpad as an additional issue when i did mention on the phone call my keyboard and trackpad were not working.

Day later i called to get an update and now more charges were being mentioned when we open it well thats what diagnostic check is for to find the issues and tell me why else would i leave my laptop around.

I wasnt a happy camper and i didnt go ahead with the repair.

I did not argue i was annoyed due to lack of updates i had to call and ask what was going on and if the repair was done or how much longer would it take you did not have a straight a answer to my question and i was told once they open it and find more issues the price would go up more but they would check with me before proceeding i didn’t have that kind of time on my hand and given the lack of updates i was faced with from your end from the get go while the repair had not even started i wasn’t feeling comfortable abt the transaction anymore.

Also you shouldn’t be txting customers asking them not to review you.

I had three malfunctioning Apple devices when I called Cumputer Star. My smartphone and note pad were quickly fixed during a.house call and advice given on my out-of-date desk top. End result, within 48 hours I was shown courtesy and given excellent service not normally experienced by a non technical person. With thanks and praise from a satisfied customer.

Had my MacBook screen changed this week Happy with the work,

Excellent Service, Short turn around times, Great Prices. Nice , Courteous people. Have come to Computer Star for about 4 years as I got fed up with the high prices and long wait times at the Apple Store. Turnaround time is excellent and he has a Dust Free Work Room which increases the reliability of the work. Was also able to extract data from a MacBook that crashed and they did this within a week. Store location is not obvious but it is beside a large Daycare.

Computer Star is the best choice if you have a problem with your external hard drive. A month ago my external hard drive stopped working, and I was worried for losing all my data. I checked several repair shops, they all told me that I might lose the data, and on top off everything their price was quite expensive.

Long story short, Computer Star costumer service was beyond expectations. They quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the recovery process. They got all my data back at a reasonable price. Again, I want to thank Computer Star team from the bottom of my heart for such a great job. Halwest
