Une arnaque, écouter, la batterie de mon ordinateur portable que j'ai acheté a cette établissement est déffectueux. La batterie ce vide en 1h30...et il a pas voulue la changer alors que j'étais sur la garantie. Le pire c'est qu'il ma dit: ok mais si je dois la changer ça va coûter 80$.... J'ai regarder sur le site de bestBuys et c'est 20$ plus le shipping qui fais 35$. Alors ce vendeur est un arnaqueur. Je déconseille fortement!

My 2022 M2 Macbook Air suffered water damage as a result of my water bottle leaking in my bag and this shop was able to fully repair my non-functional screen and keyboard at a reasonable price during winter break. They also offered me a student discount. I was really happy with the service received; the only downside was that I was not able to obtain a full quote right away. Otherwise, everything was great and my laptop is as new!

Ashok was great. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He repaired the laptop and had my laptop back up and running within a day. I highly recommend this company! I was very satisfied because he was friendly and efficient.

Please be advised to not trust this store with your laptop or tech device, as their security process, communication and operation procedures are horrible and most likely crooked.

My father brought my asus rog zephyrus gaming laptop to this computer repair shop. After inspection, they told us that it had a simple power switch issue and that we would have to wait a long time for the parts to ship. My father called them several times for updates (since they never actively called us) and it took them 2 months for the owner tell us that it was ready to pick up. When we came by to pick it up, their manager made us wait 30 minutes for him to search for the laptop, saying he couldn't find it. He told us to go home and that he will call us next week.

One week later, they still did not call us, so we had to call their store again. When we came to their store, their manager Ashok said somebody had already picked up the laptop, ALLEGEDLY. So in compensation, he gave us 3 options: either we buy a similar laptop from his shop, give us a similar laptop but dead, or accept around 80$ as compensation. All three options didn't seem fair, since the laptop costed us around 2000$ when we bought it 3 years ago, and should sell for at least 600$ upon writing this review. Buying a laptop from a store that couldn't even give us back our laptop also seemed like a bad idea.

Since we couldn't get a proper refund or the laptop itself back, we decided to leave and send an email hoping for some sort of resolution to their mistake. It was only then through that complaint email that the store decided to inform us about the burnt motherboard and the actual issues that occured it to crash. Communication with this business is horrible, as upon asking for proper compensation in this email, they replied with only questions their manager already asked before (which took them 3 weeks to reply to my initial email). After answer all these questions in their reply, the store has yet to send anything back after a month now.

In conclusion, don't trust them with you laptop since you may lose parts of your laptop (as stated in other reviews), or even the whole laptop itself.

ComputerCare fixed my laptop on a holiday Monday and the owner came in early the next day so I could pick it up in time for work. They even cleaned my fan for me as an extra! 10 stars, could not be happier.

Needed a laptop screen fixed. Stood in line at Best Buy for an hour and googled this place. Was seen immediately. Guy was nice, polite and friendly. Told he would contact me in a week. That was yesterday. May update review upon completion of repairs.

AMAZINGGG service, I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Not only did they fix my laptop, they did it within 4 days!! They originally said it would have taken a week, because of the shipping etc. However they wasted no time as soon as they got the hardware replacements. The customer service is very top quality, the guy who handles the registry is really nice. My first experience was phenomenal and it definitely won’t be my last time going. I’m recommending it to my friends, Also, I’m recommending it to whoever reads this. Ignore the one star reviews because I honestly don’t know what their problem is. The quality of service for their pricing is unmatchable. Take advantage of the opportunity!
