Took my computer in that supposedly had a warranty. Would not read a Gen 1 iPod.
Was charged $80.00. Did he call me and let me know the price, Nope.So he went ahead and did it. I found a wi Fi that took a 30 pin to stream to my phone works great. $80 bucks, no phone call to let me know. And no perceived 30 day warranty. Get everything in writing from him. Total waste of money.

Richard has been helping me and the city of Cambridge out for countless years. Just looking at all the great reviews people leave him makes me happy, and speaks for itself. He's brilliant at what he does, has a fantastic personality and remembers just about all of his customers somehow! Exceptional service! First time visit. Richard resolved the issue I was experiencing with my Dell desktop, as well as installing a new SSHD. Almost all data was retained! He also replaced a worn cable at his initiative. Service was a half day turnaround; at a very reasonable price; he followed up and explained a couple of items; and was very personable to deal with. Desktop computer is now like new. Highly recommended!

Richard is awesome, honest, very professional, and man he knows his deep dive. I had a brand new laptop with top of the chart specifications but it was just darn slow. For 3 years we tried working around it, never understood Why it was slow. I was thinking bad version of windows, but Richard my man did his speed test and called me saying you should change the hard disk!! I was like what is this guy saying, how can a 1TB hard disk be the root cause for a slow computer, but i am happy I listened to him and let him install a new hard disk. Today my laptop runs like my work commercial grade laptop, very happy to find such good help in Cambridge
