My computer screens weren't getting any signal. I replaced the cables, and still nothing. Called Compware on a Sunday evening to leave a message, but Richard picked up, and said I could bring the computer over right away. So, I did, he ran some tests, and discovered the motherboard was pooched. He went online, found us a new motherboard (this computer is like twelve years old), and ordered it in. Couple of days later, it's all done, we go and pick it up. And were very nicely surprised at the price! Richard's awesome, he knows his stuff, doesn't mess around, goes the extra mile and, unless he ever tries to kill my cat, he has my business! (And I know he won't)
