Year End Meetings in HOA's can be time consuming. Pulling together Board candidates, getting out bios of those candidates, continually contacting owners to ensure a quorum will be met... CondoVoter has taken all of this over for our Association. They guarantee a quorum or we don't get an invoice. They pull together a professional voting process and make things seamless for owners. Now we never miss a quorum and our voting participation is at record levels. The representatives that participate in the meetings are professional and able to answer all questions. Thank you, CondoVoter. You've made property management and our Year End Meetings an easier task.

Just used CondoVoter for my 186 unit Condominium.

Highest voter turnout we've ever seen.

Every owner, even the least tech savy ones complimented how easy and straightforward the process was.

The actual CondoVoter team were same day replies to my emails, usually within the hour!

They explained everything perfectly and were the best Vendor I had the pleasure to work with in 2025, wish all my vendors were this good!

We'll be using CondoVoter again shortly for our annual election.

Don't hesitate, use CondoVoter for the best voting experience ever!

I have used the CondoVoter platform as a condominium property manager for almost five years. I had the pleasure of being in the first group of users when they first entered the condo industry and began hosting virtual AGMs.

I always appreciate the support received from the team before the meetings. The moderators are stellar at what they do and help move the meeting along smoothly. 95% of my Board members have loved the platform and the ease of use it offers.

I highly recommend moving forward with trying the platform and seeing for yourselves how effective and user-friendly it is.

Overall, CondoVoter has been an invaluable tool in managing our AGMs effectively.

NO ETHICAL VALUES. Condovoter was providing virtual AGM assistance via voting, arranging for meeting etc. Everything was going great until many owners did not receive this information few days before the AGM, after inquiring with CondoVoter they said to ask the property manager/BoD.

Issue is that our property manager and BoD are not cooperating with owners at PCC 485, and thus not providing us these links itself. I'm very disappointed that when I inquired with CondoVoter, they wouldn't share the number of owners who reached out to receive a link or provide owner's with links when directly inquiring with them. We needed this information to exemplify the Property Management company's negligence. Our building has been oppressed for more than a decade - see CBC/Toronto star articles for "135 hillcrest avenue news". We explained the context to help illustrate our point of view (we aren't randomly asking this, and the information is non-identifying) but CondoVoter would still not provide any information.

As a result, CondoVoter is also taking part in the oppression to deprive owners of their right to attend AGMs. VERY DISAPOINTING. NO ETHICAL VALUES.

We began using CondoVoter during COVID. We have developed a wonderful relationship with the CondoVoter team. They are always pleasant and available to assist with questions and any unexpected updates prior to meeting packages being distributed. With pre-registration we have had quorum for all of our meetings! This has been paramount since so many of our investment owners live outside of our city limits. AGMs run smoothly and the virtual platform permits for time efficiency. The Boards and PMs plan on continuing to use the services of CondoVoter for AGMs.

I am very happy with Condo Voter services from start to finish with the follow-up setting up the portal from Jessica at CV.
The AGM runs a lot smoother for owners and the PM when using Condo Voter -- makes my life easier as a property manager.

We had an extremely unorganized AGM, they did not understand unit factors but they're conducting AGM's. They also missed 421 unit factors, kind of significant when you only have 3,100 unit factors total. No accountability whatsoever. Would never recommend the use of CondoVoter! I can't stress this enough.
