Had Conroy's here to install heat pumps, everyone Dale and Chris were excellent in assessing what we needed. The crew who installed were the such fine young people. Polite and professional, Thank you Colton, Caleb, Thomas, Cameron and Matt for being a great bunch, as I told Dale would welcome them in my home anytime. Enjoying the warmth from the heat pumps and the whole experience .

This is my second very positive experience with this company. I had a new heat pump install in 2023 and an additional unit today. Both installations were very professionally handled by friendly and polite staff. Highly recommended!

Had Conroy Refrigeration here to install heat pumps , the workers were very nice and polite it's only been a couple days since they were turned on and working good so far no complaints , felt bad for the guys working out in the cold but I guess that's there job . Thank you so much Conroy Refrigeration and thank you so much Chris .

The whole experience dealing with Conroy Refrigeration was excellent. From Dale who determined what the appropriate system and sizing required for my house, to the installation team (Brandon, Colton & Matt). The Conroy Team were a pleasure to deal with, they couldn't have been nicer, more professional and friendlier. It was a pleasure having them in our home. Installation looks awesome and very clean. The job was completed on schedule and budget. It's nice when a company arrives on schedule and completes the job on time. I would certainly recommend Conroy Refrigeration to anyone looking to have heat pumps installed.

Dale was very prompt to respond and arrive at our home for an assessment. He was very knowledgeable and informative in reviewing our options and assisting with a selection that best suited our home and our needs. Once the decision was made the installation was completed within days. The installation team arrived and did a fantastic job! They were very considerate and answered any questions I had about the upkeep and operation .We've been enjoying the benefits of our new heat pumps during the recent heat wave in our area. Thanks so much to the folks at Conroy Refrigeration. I would gladly offer my recommendation to anyone. service was top shelf!!

Absolutely terrible. Don’t hire! I had an energy assessment done and told Conroy that I was taking advantage of the rebates. I told them I didn’t care what was installed so long as it was a model so I could get the rebates. They installed an ineligible model and now I’m out $6000. Furthermore, the thermostat is terrible and doesn’t work (digital mode). I was told by Conroy they would switch it for a more basic model then was told they would not be doing that. They are terrible as refuse to acknowledge their mistake. I’m now left with a Heatpump that is also too small for my house and out $6000. They also sent a bill after it was installed and then tried to send a second bill that was $3000 higher. There was no explanation for this second bill. They’re just terrible. Don’t use them.

Our experience with this company from the inquiry stage to the final installation was excellent. Sales and office staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. The installation team was great at offering suggestions and solutions to our concerns. They were prompt friendly and efficiently installed the system. We have had several comments from friends and neighbors on what a great job of installation we got (outside observation). Very pleased with the new Emura wall mount units which work quietly and are less obtrusive than the older models . If in the market for a heat pump system check out what this company has to offer.
