Amazing customer service this yesterday morning, really friendly, very welcoming environment. My husband and I stopped in to grab two sweaters and a shirt that says "perth" on it. I love how comfy the sweater and t-shirt is. Im so happy that I was able to grab a size that will fit me 🙂 (plus size) thank you for helping us and the little chat we had. (Side note, I loved that you put out a bowl of water for all the doggos) its wonderful to see all the different stores have water available for dogs.

I can't say enough great things about the products and service at Conway's. The owner Sarah is absolutely incredible. She is super friendly and very knowledgeable on all their products. She always goes above and beyond. My brother in law's wedding party got all their suits here including me. The suit was an amazing value, I still wear it all the time to this day. Do yourself a favour and make sure you go here for all your wedding & menswear needs!!

I shopped here a number of years ago before the recent renovations and what I understand is also a change of ownership. I went in again earlier this week in urgent need of a dress shirt, suit jacket, and belt (long story) that I needed to be able to wear that day. The owner was very friendly, knowledgeable, and dropped everything to help. Had great style recommendations too. Within half an hour I had everything I needed. She removed all the tags, and had everything neat and in a ready to wear state before I left. Fantastic service, great new look, highly recommend. In fact, I had such a positive experience I went back the next day and bought another suit jacket. Skip the big city and come here instead.
