I've been with the Co-operators for almost 6 years now, and I just want to say, it's the best insurance company I've ever dealt with. Through my years of being insured, I've made LOTS of policy changes, as I'm always buying a new vehicle as I tend to get bored driving the same thing. That ring said, I've got to know the agents from the Uxbridge office quite well over 6 years. I've seen many agents come and go, and they have all been exceptionally amazing. For the past year or so, I've been dealing with Izabella specifically. I have to say, she's absolutely lovely to deal with. She's always super super helpful, and makes sure that any changes I need to make are done quickly, and painlessly. I'm looking at potentially moving 2 hours away from Uxbridge, but if I do, I will insist on the Uxbridge office remaining my office, despite there being one local to me, due to the way Izabella and her colleagues have gotten to personally know me. It makes me feel like a valued customer knowing that she's taken the time to get to know me so well. Please keep up the phenomenal work and I can promise you'll continue to have my business for years to come!
