We are insured with the cooperators for our home coverage. When our home flooded in 2019 and we had 8 feet of water in our basement for several months and huge damage, we were happy to be covered by cooperators. Our claim was very complicated and involved the complete loss of many personal irreplaceable items. Over time we realized that our assigned adjuster was new and not experienced enough to properly handle the complexity of our claim. Perri-Rae personally checked in with us several times and when we mentioned our concerns about the adjuster, she immediately got involved to get us assigned to a senior adjuster who then settled our entire claim in just 3 days. If you want personal, competent and professional service, this is the place to be.
