Since day one the cooperators have been unprofessional, the agent who signed us up was bragging about all the bonuses and vacations almost the entire time (Ronda Nugent)

After 25 years of burning wood for heat in a certified Woodstove (and a year of being under their insurance,) they suddenly called and demanded that our Woodstove be removed from the home which costed us a great deal in additional heating costs.

Then we received a phonecall on CHRISTMAS EVE (yes the evening of the 24th of december) saying that they have reviewed a picture of our home and there is a single shingle starting to curl up and then proceeded to threaten to cancel our home insurance over something so minor on Christmas Eve of all days.
Overall this is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. They even refused to provide a corporate number to call.

Save yourself the pain and grief and and just go elsewhere like we should've and are about too.
