I very rarely leave negative google reviews but I would avoid this business. I was charged over $400 for a printer repair. No need for an explanation.. this just isn't right. How he operates: the man will charge you $100 to take in your electronic the moment you walk in the store. This $100 is said to be deducted from your overall bill. He then asks if you'd like express or standard service. I went with standard as I was not in a rush. A week and a half later he calls me in for printer pickup. I questioned the balance so he explained nicely the work he preformed by showing me a bottle of printer lube.

This man ripped me off charging a whopping 280cad + tax (336.40cad) for a simple Wireless card replacement . My lap had a scratch near the power button and now it's too much that i can't even fold it (pics attached). Also the SSD covering clip has fallen off too.

I left the lap for like 3hrs since he told that he wanna check the exact issue. At that moment he charged me 133cad telling me that's a pre authorized amount and that I can have the balance after the fix . Once i came back he charged me another 203.40cad for this simple fix (I even asked whether you are sure about the price). The customer should be acknowledged about the price before the work getting done. I could’ve bought a new laptop for this price. On top of the unfair price, he has made it worst at the left hinge.

Better not waste your hard earned money for scammers like these. Looks like most of the 5 star reviews are fake too.

I went there today to have my gaming laptop cleaned. The cleaning was done nicely.

Tuesday, May 28 - 5:06pm I called about getting my laptop cleaned. He told me it would cost me $65. The store closes at 7pm, so he said if I come before 6, he can clean it before closing time.

I got there before 6 and he had already opened the laptop up. Exactly at 6, I took the Before picture. He is the one holding it. You can see his hands and shirt. At 6:33, I took the after picture. I was so happy to see the fans clean. He went in the back of the store to close it. It looked like he was struggling a lot to put the RGB light cables back on. After that, he struggled a lot to put the lid back on. I saw him using tools that are not required to just screw back the lid. He came back with the laptop and I plugged the laptop in the charger and I opened Valorant on it. The fans started spinning, but I only heard the left fan, I didn’t hear the right fan. I told him and he said because fans don’t turn on until a certain temperature is reached inside. I said okay and he asked me to pay. The total showed $146.9. I asked him why it is this much. He said it is because your laptop has two fans. So $65 each for both fans. I was very unhappy to find that out after he cleaned it. He could have easily let me know as soon as he saw two fans that he’s going to charge me double. But he kept on talking about why his charging double and I just felt obligated to pay and I did.

After I came home, I was very sad because I was charged extra. I added this review to the Google maps page. I gave them three stars because of their miscommunication I was charged double. on the same night, he called me and he said that I am a liar and people like me exist in this world and it makes him sad and it makes him just want to close his eyes. He asked me to go to the store next day and get all of my money back because he does not want my money. That made me feel really bad. I actually thought that this person forgot to tell me that he was going to charge me double but since he did all the hard work, I should not add a negative review. I removed my three star review and added a five star review also saying that they did a nice job.

I went home and was very excited to play Valorant, so I opened it up. Before I was able to get 220 FPS when the laptop was dirty so now I was expecting more. To my surprise, the laptop was only able to give me around 120 FPS and it got so hot in no time. This never happened before. I tried clearing the background apps and only having Valorant open but that did not fix anything. I still kept gaming late at night so I woke up late. I was surprised that the fan on the right side was still not running. I wanted to go to the store, but it was late and I was hungry, so I didn’t. I played games again and same thing happened. I was not getting the FPS I expected. I also played some Minecraft, which was fine, but I’m thinking it’s because Minecraft is not that heavy game.

Sunday, June 2 - it was around 6 PM when I got frustrated and heart reset the laptop. I was hoping this would fix the problem because in my head, everything is right with the laptop. It just may be a software issue. I finished resetting the laptop and reinstalling all the drivers and software, and the laptop seemed very smooth but when I open Valorant, I started getting even less FPS than I did before. I went close the laptop and I could still not hear the fan on the right side.

First, it was difficult to find someone interested in actually repairing a printer. I advised that the printer was a middle of the road HP top loader which cost around $400 on sale. The owner/operator is a very nice man, in person, who seemed to know his 'stuff'. I said that I didn't want to pay too much to have it fixed (up to $200 seemed reasonable?). It cost me a $113 diagnostic fee to find out it would cost $480 to have it repaired, more than the original price! He mentioned something about printer company promos to get us to buy ink which really had nothing to do with fixing it. I also had to follow up a few times over s month as a text was apparently sent to the wrong phone number. Again, a nice man, but I would have hoped that he would have been able to guide me to not spend anything if he thought the repair amount could exceed the actual purchase price. Unfortunately I doubt that I will return and will probably see a terse response to this review.

Terrible experience first was told repair could be done in a certain time frame then charged a premium and the time frame still wasn’t met. Then after multiple attempts the repair actually damaged something essentially making the item useless and had to be replaced STRONGLY recommend staying clear of this SCAMMER!

I had problems charging my Laptop in February of this year and took it to The owner of this repair shop. He ended up charging me $480 to replace the charging port. It worked until now and my computer is no longer charging. I took it back to him yesterday. He opened it up and placed electrical tape on it and told me to tape the cord to table to hold it until I could afford to pay another $280 To fix it again. He said the Warranty of the fix in February is no longer valid. $480 only to last six months and have to pay him $280 again. I made the mistake of getting this shyster to fix my computer. That’s all he is is a shyster ripping people off.
