Their websites a little confusing when choosing dates so be vigilant. But they have Amazing customer service. On a Sunday night I booked my Friday trip but accidentally forgot to change the Monday date. (It automatically chooses Monday if you don’t change the date) I emailed them right away when I realized on the tickets and they got back to me within minutes and fixed the problem within a few hours,no questions asked. Then sent the new tickets. They had no reason to go out of their way and I could’ve needed to repurchase tickets but instead they changed them with no issue.
