The older woman at the desk was adamant I wear a mask because I had mild pneumonia over a month ago. I had gone in there for my first x-ray and masked because I was coughing. But I've been all better and clear according to the doctor, who just wanted it double checked. She told me no mask no service and to go to try the hospital. Her reason was they are "Short staffed" and then followed up with it is also their policy. I told her I'm not contagious and haven't been sick/coughing for a month now. She still pushed the issue citing everyone wears a mask even in the waiting room..so I looked and there were about 3 people, 2 unmasked while they sat there. I won't be back. Sounds like the same older lady everyone is complaining about on here.

Lady running the desk is extremely rude and has attitude. I don’t know why they are the only place left in Cornwall that will refuse people without masks on, it was a huge deal that my two year old couldn’t wear a mask for her stomach X-ray. She’s two, she can’t wear a mask. Will not return! Rather go to the hospital where the staff is pleasant to their patients!

My husband went to get an x-ray done because he fell and he had vascular surgery and he didn't know if the fall caused any problems the x-ray department made him sit there waiting since 8:30AM and still hasn't had the x-ray done the hospital was letting everyone else in but was making him wait because he didn't have the acquisition paper even though his doctor told him to go get an x-ray done and he is diabetic and he didn't have time to eat before he left home to go get the x-ray done they made him sit there so long just so you have to pay parking and they were letting everyone else just walk in and get their x-ray done way after he had been there waiting. It's pathetic how the hospital treats patients unless you know someone in there then you would get in right away if not they make you wait all day. WHAT'S GOING ON WITH OUR HEATH CARE SYSTEM!!!?

I wish I could properly report this older lady with an arm in a splint. She came in the Pitt Street clinic this morning with a baby, trying to flex the secretary because she worked at the Cornwall x-ray clinic. Her daughter was turned away because she did not have a health card for the child.
" DO YOU REMEMBER ME? I WORK AT tHE CORNWALL XRAY LAB. "
As if this is going to open you the doors...

My name is Pete Laducere I went to the Cornwall hospital to get an x-ray done like my doctor told me to and had to sit there and wait from about 9:00AM to 1:30PM to have it done people were coming in and going in to get an x-ray done because they weren't feeling good and going ahead of myself and I asked about it and they told me that I will just have to wait so I said never mind I will suffer with my pain in my shoulder when I dislocated it so I left I called premier Doug Ford's office.
