I already wrote a review on my Facebook page and soon my Twitter page. This guy knows what he's doing (100%) .. I brought my computer in to be fixed and he fixed it 100% at not only a great price but a reasonable manner. If you want someone who is "Honest" and I mean honest .. Cost U Less is the best computer store in the World.... I rate this "10 stars"

Fantastic business, I've brought him two different laptops and he's been exceptional both times. When you bring it he'll tell you when you can expect it back and he'll often call you throughout the process to keep you in the loop. Will only recommend repairs that he feels are necessary and cost effective for you. Is also very friendly and happy to answer any computer questions you may have.

Fantastic service. I dropped my Macbook off for a battery change in the afternoon, and it was ready for me to pick up the next morning. Extremely reasonable prices, especially compared to the designated Apple retail stores. It's been about a week and my computer's running great! Would definitely recommend!

At first I had a hard time trying to see this guy but after my last trip--great to support local businesses, especially those you feel you can trust. But since then. I gave him my laptop. He had it for 6 weeks. On week five tells me finally fixed but the battery pack no longer worked. I get home. Get the computer back and the problem is exactly as when I dropped it off. It costs me 110.00. So, yeah I like to support local, always have but sometimes....well ya get the picture.

Just got the sweetest deal on a new laptop! He knocked off money and installing a new anti-virus for free. Plus he is taking my old computer and removing my files. It was shot. I bought that one there also. Lasted me a lot of years! So,Got it New for 270 bucks! This guy is the nicest & fairest in prices! It's not called "COST U LESS" for nothing. 50 stars!

The owner of this store is so easy to deal with. He goes out of his way to make sure i got great service. Nicest guy, down to earth, knowledgeable about his crafts. Patient, respectful. My computer had a problem and he gave me the sweetest deal on a new computer. I highly recommend him. Not enough stars to click on. top notch! thank you Kind man for taking care of me.

Customer service is excellent and quick. I took my Mac to him after a water incident and he opened it up to dry it out right away. Unfortunately, the logic board was fried but he was able to sell me another MacBook of better quality for cheaper than it would have cost to fix my waterlogged one. Shortly after, the battery said "replace soon. " The warranty didn't cover the battery but he swapped out the battery with the one from my old computer that I had left with him at no cost anyways. Extremely impressed with this shop.
