Excellent service. My phone screen was falling out of the frame. They had it glued and back in one piece within the hour and charged me next to nothing! Will definitely be back if I have any other issues. High quality and friendly customer service.

My Galaxy S20 FE got run over in a parking lot and was crushed on one side. I took it here instead of replacing it. These folks answered all my questions, charged a fair rate, and fixed my phone up good as new in just half a day. Quick turn around, great service, excellent workmanship. Can't really ask for much more. If you've got a phone with damage it's worth it to check them out before deciding on a replacement.

This company is the absolute best around. We had a new Macbook with "Apple protection" purchased, broken screen..Apple would not fix it, 2 other local companies could not. We literally bought a new computer. We called Cracked, they fixed it in absolute no time. As multi business owners, having computers out of commission is a big deal. I highly recommend this company. They are the absolute best.

My Mother was having trouble signing in to her iphone, so my Father took it in to Cracked Device Co in Charlottetown. Richard had a quick look at it and helped him right away, and mentioned that lots of people have the same issue. My senior parents were so happy with the service they received, and will definitely be back with any other issues they have with their devices. The female owner and male employee I have been in a few times always provide exceptional customer service. They have been so helpful in answering my questions regarding any iphone I have brought in or considered purchasing.
Go above and beyond to ensure I know what I’m agreeing to and get the best deal. They are very fair and considerate. They have been so good and patient with me. I had the battery replaced on my iPhone 6s and left it in their care while I went and did another errand. I was told 30 minutes with no appointment, and they had it ready when I returned. The battery lasts all day and I am pleased with the service and the product.

Can't recommend these guys enough. My laptop screen cracked and I called literally everyone else in town before trying Cracked Devices, I was either given outrageous quotes, was lead on, or dismissed because they couldn't be bothered to source out a new screen. Went to Cracked Devices and they were absolutely lovely, managed to locate a screen for me, and fixed my laptop so that it looks brand new again. Thank you guys so much for being wonderful people, caring, and being awesome at your job.
