We had to be towed here due to our brake line getting a slice in it. The tow truck worked with us. We ordered it a day a head. The dealership got us in right away as we are not from this area. We got home and couldn’t figure out why we could hear a strange sound from the tire. My son got down and listened and noticed my hub cap was cracked. This wasn’t like this before going. Once cap was removed it was then noticed that they broke one of the screw pieces right off. The middle cap has two broken clips, the cap itself has a couple cracks through it too now. All that is required to take these off is a hex key. Which was in my glove boxes if they would have asked. Not something that I am impressed with at all. The guy working on my truck didn’t say anything about it. The middle piece does not stick out past my rim, so wasn’t hit. Pictures are included. First photo shows how they sit, second one is the rim it came off of. The next three are the damage. I live in Edmonton, so I can’t just drive back there to question them on this. Just be careful.
