I've purchased full systems, parts, and upgrades from CTP Computers for at least the last ten years. Sandy and Nicholas are knowledgeable, kind, informed, patient, and will work with you to get you the best possible system for your budget, whether new or refurbished. They are clear about what they offer and can provide, and I've had no issues with any desktop or laptop they've worked on. (My mother, a senior, has also brought her computer and questions to Sandy and he's never failed to sort things out for her!) I believe in buying local / supporting small businesses, and most recently took the time to drive in from Toronto to commission a full system for my kid; CTP put together a great value gaming/art setup that we're going to be very happy with.

A quick and easy to understand computer sales and repair shop. No pressure sales, and knowledgeable advice.

I brought in a laptop for repair, and they were quick to give me an estimate, but also to suggest a much cheaper work around. I appreciated that they have me options I hadn't considered, even though it was much less money for them.

Amazing store bought a few things from it only problem is stock on parts is usually low but understandable parts are expensive and considering I don't know many people in this town buying PC parts fair enough ? (also they can put an order in for you parts I'm just impatient lol)

When first booting up the computer, the first two minutes and I always would check everything on the computer. It wasn't completely updated, there was still an update needed to be downloaded. The computer has a crashing issue after two minutes. I did resolve it myself, and was not hardware related issues, and took about 7 hrs. I do expect to discounted on my next visit on next my buy, it just not worth going to the computer store.

Another person here said that thier computer starting to act really weird after he brought it in here. He warned me and i didn't listen now my computer has horrible perfomance issues and weird little stutters all over the place now. I am going to sell my parts because he warned.

Be aware the long haired overweight man acted very strange with me and i now why now. Avoid if you don't want to have to sell your computer parts.
