DO NOT USE Marks services. As mentioned by others he does not return phone calls or emails. Iv patiently waited 5 months for my rebate which I paid $350 plus tax upfront for. After numerous calls to the CRA there is no record of anything sent in on my behalf and was advised to get the accountant who filed on my behalf to call a CRA agent to rectify the issue. After months of trying to resolve this issue with Mark Purdy I have had no choice but to go somewhere else and pay another fee to get this done properly. This guys either a Scammer or just doesn't know what the hell he's doing but STAY AWAY !!!

I worked with Mark for my GST/HST New Residential Rental Property Rebate, the CRA was to give me $26K back. working with him CRA refused the rebate because of documents he neglected to handle, he did not offer any help or objection to the refusal. he still sent me his $395 Bill. I left him & found another guy online (if you need his name) this guy/company helped get back 2/3 of the Residential Rental Rebate & it worked good for me. I won't suggest to work with CBS he still sends me. monthly a $395 invoice

Avoid this business at all costs. My application was rejected by the CRA and Mark was zero help in asking for an appeal. His emails are condescending and misleading. Save yourself $400 and avoid this business.

Didn't have a good experience with Mark. My husband used his services to get our GST/HST rebate and he was extremely rude and would never answer his emails. Wouldn't recommend him.

***WARNING*** Everyone stay away. Mark does NOT return calls or emails and just like previous review, company keeps invoicing me but keeps ignoring my calls/emails.
