As a travelling worker I sometimes struggle to find a place that knows what it’s doing in a town I know little about. I took my laptop in to troubleshoot a wifi problem that I was unable to fix on my own. They had it up and running for me in 5 minutes. Their level of knowledge of the intricacies of Windows software and hardware is excellent and the service couldn’t have been better. Thanks!

Amazing customer service. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly and fixed my issue of a seized graphics card fan very promptly, and made good suggestions on how to prevent the same issue in the future. Definitely will be returning

I've been a computer enthusiast my whole life, but recently I was stumped with a problem and forced to seek external help for the first time in over 15 years. I spoke with Steve, the owner, and he inspired nothing but confidence in his ability to address the issue. Just a day later, he had my machine up and running again, with a detailed explanation on what he did to achieve his success. On top of this, he suggested a solution to mitigate future graphics-card sag, as well as installing new case screws at the back of my unit, without even asking.

Overall, couldn't recommend this gentleman enough, and I will surely be recommending anyone who has advanced computer issues.

If i could give this guy 6 stars I would. I bought all the parts to make a gaming PC, and I was running into issues. I called Steve with my issue and he immediately starting naming reasons as to what may be the problem. After not being able to come to my own conclusion I left my unit in his hands. He diagnosed my PC and made it his mission to make it work. He did everything he could and in the end I have a top notch Gaming PC (which I am writing this review on) Thanks so much for your dedication and hard work. I would reccommend this repair shop to anyone experiencing issues with their tech.
