"Notre laptop avait des problèmes, parfois il ne voulait même pas se allumer. J'ai appelé un autre endroit qui m'a dit que ça ne vaut pas la peine de le réparer étant donné qu'il a environ 4 ans. J'ai trouvé Mutasim à Custom PC Build qui était prêt à jeter un œil. Il a diagnostiqué le problème et m'a facturé un débourrage raisonnable pour le faire fonctionner à nouveau. Je suis si reconnaissant de ne pas avoir dû acheter un tout nouveau laptop. Il était si agréable et facile à travailler avec. J'ai eu l'impression d'être respecté en tant que client. Our laptop was acting up, sometimes just refusing to turn on. I called another place who told me it’s not worth fixing given it’s about 4 years old. I found Mutasim at Custom PC Build who was willing to look at it. He diagnosed the issue and charged a reasonable labour to get it working again. So thankful that I didn’t have to buy a whole new laptop. He was so pleasant and easy to deal with. I felt respected as a customer. Communication with him was quick and easy. Definitely would come back to Mutasim for computer issues in the future.

I would highly recommend Mutasim to anyone looking to have a PC built for them. He was extremely patient, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process despite my many delays. He is always willing to answer any question you might have and is very knowledgeable. Making the building of any PC extremely fast and straightforward even for someone with limited experience. For what he is offering and the pace he can do it at, his prices are more than fair and I would happily return to him for anything PC-related I need.

Amazing customer service!
I've been waiting to get a pc built for a while now since I've been playing games on my gaming laptop more than my consoles. So I contacted Mutasim of Custom PC builder and Repair Services. I gave him a list of my preferred parts and storage size with a budget. I think it was the next day or the day after he sent me a list of all the part and best prices from different sites. I chose the option where he orders the parts and builds (you pay 40% up front) and then he contacts you when he's finished. An alternative option is you pick up all the parts and he just builds it for you. After all the parts arrived there was an issue with the cooling system that was chosen (I didn't fit this particular case) and he rectified it immediately with an alternative suggestion and ordered in promptly after approval by me. Anyway, I had a certain date that I would be passing through Oshawa and would be convenient for pick up. Not only was it ready on that date he stayed up until midnight for me to pick it up (my appointment ran very long). ANNNNND not only ALL THAT the next day when i was setting up i had many question (I'm not suer tech savvy) and he answered promptly and simply enough for me to understand and trouble shoot my issues (all just user error PC runs amazing).

In short, best customer service I've experienced in a while and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

My children spent a bunch of money trying to build a gaming computer and they were struggling to put at all together I called Mutasim answered right away I explained the problem said he could fix it did so very quickly good communication friendly and can’t beat the price thank you again my kids are very happy will definitely call in the future for computer repairs

I live in New York and was looking for a person that could give me advice on how to build my first PC. I found him on Google. I called him consistently throughout the process. He was always courteous and nice. He answered all my questions. And he gave really good advice. As a result, the finished product of my PC is amazing. Attached is a video of it.

Man this is the go to place to get your PC Built ! They did such an amazing job and updated me along the whole way. Put up with all my requests lol (I had a ton of them 😂) . Overall the best customer service and I def felt safe leaving my system with them. Definatley comming back for my next system !
