how can I use you service, where your chat not working?
Can you integrate AI Chat to your website?
Can you integrate Chat to quick resposnse with interaction with any of messgers?

So far Customs City is fire honestly … from nowhere at night (8pm) to getting confirmation number at 2am (PN), including a demo only an hour after first contact. This customer experience is way above my expectations and it’s really welcome after the pain I experienced lately pertaining to prior notice.

Good job for the amazing work, Anne, Marie Cindy, Andrea and Seidel. (They were the people that I was in contact from 8pm to 2am ... it's amazing)

Not sure where to even start with Customs City. I've been in the industry for some time and worked with dozens of SW providers, but I must say that Customs City is superb in every single way possible. Their support is one of the best I've ever experienced within the industry. I would compare their service and response to AMEX platinum concierge service where someone actually responds and answers the first time without going through automated menus to speak or chat with support. You can use the best SW out there with fancy UI’s but if they lack support it’s a total deal breaker for me. Customs City has user friendly UI and functions that other SW vendors do not have but the most important part for me is the support I get from Customs City.

Highly recommended, from my own experience since I freshly started crossing USA-Canada with zero experience how to deal with customs documents including eManifest, James sheds light on the process. With all his team working around the clock patiently.

I’ve been using Customs City Global Solutions email eManifest service for all of my truck ACE/ACI crossings for the past 5 months.

These guys are fast!

I get automatic email alerts when my trips are ready and also when the customs broker links the entry number to my eManifest.  I receive a PDF copy of the eManifest coversheet which I print out in my truck.

Their rate is about 30% cheaper than the competition.
