I moved in about 3 months ago. I've had a number of problems.

1.) There was an issue with my fire alarm just beeping nonstop they wanted. To charge me to have someone come at 5 of a Monday. (They just did an alarm check, and we're supposed to change battery's and such last week. ) I told them I'm wasn't paying to have someone come, it isn't on me, and they just *tested* this. They told me I would have to figure out how to disconnect it or live with the beeping.. also, they didn't tell me about the charge. I had to say "I'm not getting charged for this right."

2.) People don't pick up after their animals. There's dog poop everywhere it's gross, and there's kids just trying to live their best life.. PICK UP after your dogs or move to your own space.

3.) Everyone smokes ciggeretts and weed.. I am the end unit, and it constantly smells like weed in the hall. When I go out the patio, it smells like cigarettes.

4.) People speed in and out of the parking lot.. it's not a road it's 3 hundred people's driveway. I've almost been hit twice taking the garbage out, and there is a kids' park right there it says 10km an hour in more than one place.

5.) There was a good month where the parking lot by the garbage was literally an ice rink and would even drive my car there, and still, it was like super scary and dangerous.

I have voiced my concerns to all the avenues and nothing they genuinely do not care about. When I talked to the guy about the alarm, he was like, "Call any if you have any more issues." Dude, you did not help at all. These units are already very highly priced. You would think they could have someone on call to fix simple shit during reasonable hours.

If the dog poop issue isn't fixed in the next few weeks I'm going to drop this review to 2 stars and if the parking lot doesn't get speed bumps in the summer I'm going to drop. It is to 1 star. I want to live in a safe, CLEAN and comfortable place for myself and my kids. This apartment was supposed to offer that.

Things this place does well.

The inside of the halls are clean and well kept. Indoor amenities are clean and well kept. Wish I could say the same for the outside but the poop everywhere really ruined it.

Very Bad experience with them, renting an apartment at Dawson drive Chestermere since only 3 months and 2 of the doors ( closet and laundry door) are already damage. We have been almost begging them to come and replace or repare that but they don't care. They don't even reply to us and it's quite frustrating as the apartment is very expensive to be ugly with damage doors.
I do not recommend at all.

Moved into an apartment here. It was not ready to move into. The backsplash’s were not sealed. Apartment was dirty dust on top of the fridge. Toilet tank was very loose. The A/C unit did not work. Windows were covered in mud. Moulding was not painted, and nail holes throughout. Painting was not finished. Over spay on the walls and a lot more. Maybe if they had someone come into the unit and did a quality inspection they would have noticed all the deficiencies. These are things you can see in plane site. Can’t imagine what the walls are hiding. I would not recommend moving into these apartments. Update, just found out 4-6 weeks to fix the AC unit.

The apartment looks good at first but it's only looks. Music is always to loud because neighbors like it to much so on weekends around 7am you can't sleep no more. Always smells really bad because to much people smoke and don't put out their trash. Even if we talked with customer service they don't do much and if the sign says they are open, they are not always there. We told them that we wanted to switch to underground parking when signing for the apartment. They seemed to have plenty of space as they told me and that it was not going to be an issue. 3 months later, well to late now to get underground parking. For the price we are paying it is not worth it...

Not soundproof at all. The people living there are completely disrespectful. We filed a complaint because the people above us were throwing things onto their balcony, which ended up falling onto ours… and it continues even after the complaint. The parking spaces are really small. The person below us constantly plays loud music… I really do not recommend it. A mediocre experience, especially for the price paid… the finish is really sloppy, the paint doesn’t hold, and the doors come off their hinges all the time… Not to mention the really, really bad smell caused by people smoking.

Been here for a couple of months, mostly I would say they should have done a better job with sound insulation or floor padding since it's pet friendly. You can hear your upstairs taking showers or usually when dogs running around, the water pressure for showers is slow. Parking spot is pretty tight if you have a Suv. Also if you on your heat or AC and someone is smoking weed in their balcony. Your HVAC is gonna bring all that smell in. Pretty bad design and rule on that.

The building is slapped together with what i am sure are unskilled labourer's , however we do like the location out of the city. We have done a ton of maintenance i our unit because they just didn't bother until a month after moving in. The Hvac was something else, you can not even make what i saw up.
To late its done your welcome....

Let's talk noise. Better sound proofing due to wood structure would have helped. Now if you have to call the police for domestic violence, instruments or banging so hard for hours you would think they are still in the construction phase, Yelling and screaming, you will not find any kind of peace here. The office doesn't do anything but produce a whole lot of fluff. Even with video proof. I get the building is new and possibly to PMs . But good grief! I hope I can come back in 6 months and sing the praises but i ain't holding my breath

The parking here is ridiculous. We have 2 vehicles and they ask in the application if there are multiple vehicles. They are both trucks so obviously they don't fit underground. We'll we got 1 tag for only 1 vehicle and we're told there is lots of street parking, which there is none due to construction. Noticed the visitor parking is always full. Really wished we had turned the other way as apartments are expensive here and should be able to park both of my vehicles. Don't recommend
