Worked for them for 3 years, they increased my workload 10x for essentially less money because “we were understaffed and it was all hands on deck”. A week after I asked if I could get better compensation or to go back to my regularly agreed upon work, I was laid off due to a “restructure”. In that same meeting the week before, I was told that best case I could resume my regular duties by the end of april, and that they hoped I could tough it out. Immediately deactivated my credentials and lost access to the 100$+ of employee points I had saved up. 2 weeks later they still haven’t submitted my RoE, which is against regulations.

When cost of living and overworking became an issue, they gave the employees a single dollar raise (less than inflation) and then boasted about hiring a foreign team based in another country to “help”.

Pay is less than the average provincial average for call centres. Horrible employer led by dishonest people who refuse to pay their employees properly and would rather hire people living in an entirely different country than address their employee concerns. Do NOT work for them.

I was hired to work for Dealermine earlier this month of April, 2022.
I was a wonderful fit for the job and they told me that.
I was put in a training class and on Wednesday (in the middle of the first week of my training), they told me they were terminating my employment and were very rude to me.
They did not answer my questions as to “Why” they were terminating my employment.

They then proceeded to email me a bunch of documents to sign stating that “I agree to” not complain to Human Rights, etc. which I refuse to sign.

The management at this company was sketchy and awful and I have had a terrible experience with them.

I was excited to work here because I had heard so many wonderful things about working at Dealermine and the recruiter really sold me on the entire job.

I am incredibly disappointed and very upset and angry with my experience at Dealermine.

they made up an excuse about how i was falsely reporting my time card when i have never even looked at my time card because the managers approve time cards every monday- then they fired me. dog company and dog managers. 🫢
