I saw a lot of 5 star reviews for Deeded Calgary, and we used them because it was referred to us by our trusted Relator.

However, as first time homebuyers we found the paralegal and lawyer from deeded where unorganized, deceptive, and intentionally delayed our closing.

It was disheartening to call them multiple times with no call backs, and have to provide them the same information more than once. I personally feel like they did a poor job in all aspects of customer service.

I would not recommend these lawyers if you are a first time homebuyer as you will not get the detail, answers, and/or attention you deserve.

We loved working with Deeded. Our team was so efficient and professional. We did all of our dealings online and with technology just adding to the ease as the home buying process can be very time consuming but we felt there was no wasted time here. We worked with Evann as our lawyer and he was great.
