Nice, friendly "small town" hardware store with lots of inventory and different kinds of products. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and I didn't feel rushed to make a decision or to move on. Carly and Angela were a great help in finding exactly what I needed. It's nice to find a business with a small town touch and a passion to help customers. I highly recommend this quaint hardware store and the staff. You won't be disappointed.

Saturday sept 7 11am.
The mobil fuel station refused to give me water to fill my semi radiator.
Went to home hardware and they were so kind to let me use their garden hose.
Home hardware are so helpful!
They have always good service

Absolutely Ignorant & Rude Owners. They are Not knowledgeable. Not friendly. I will never go back. We drive to home depot Pembroke or canadain tire Deep river.

They know nothing about what they are talking about.

TLDR Colour matching gone wrong didnt fix it, lied to me, messed up a whole gallon of paint.

Went there for colour matching. with a paint can from there with the could written on it. the guy messed it up and then dabbed it on the old can which tainted the sample on top which made it unusable.

my wife went in because it was too dark and looking green and they gave us no discount or correction or anything.

on top of that they just kept telling me when i went in the first time that they didnt use marker they had stickers and then when my wife went in and explained the second time they said "we only got the sticker machine recently"

A great place to pick up odds and ends but here in particular the staff are awesome. They're very helpful and notably on my last visit they went above and beyond what they had to do to help me out. As a result I will definitely check out here first before the usual competitors!

I’m not sure why, but deep river stores have the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Even family that have come visited have commented on how terrible it is. This Home hardware has some of the least helpful workers. Rude, pushy and treat you like an inconvenience.
