Ordered a 545RFE pressure sensor adaptor 11/8/24. Called on it 2 weeks after I ordered it and was told it was shipping from manufacturer that day (11/21/24). Called again 12/10/24 and no one can tell me when or where the tool I ordered is in the process.

Had a bit of trouble processing my order but lady on phone was very kind and helpful and got it sorted out. Only thing that pissed me off is their online stock status doesn't accurately reflect what they've got on hand. I ordered from them because it showed they had everything i needed in stock. In reality they only had one of the items and the other pieces are being shipped separately from the states. I would've ordered from the manufacturer directly had I known they don't actually keep the stuff on hand they say they do.
