I called Digital Link because I completely messed up my google account. I couldn't even access it properly or open my apps properly. Derrick and the support team found the route of the problem, recovered information I had changed in error and got me back on track. I honestly would have had no idea where to start. They are professional, very knowledgeable, and had no issues navigating multiple platforms to problem solve. The most amazing thing besides the stellar customer service, was the fact that they could translate information as we went along to someone like myself who has ZERO tech skills. I called Derrick the other day as my Surface Pro was acting up. I
need my laptop for my business so of course i was pretty concerned! I called Derrick and he immediately took my laptop and advised that my battery was swollen! so a couple of days later, Derrick and his team had my data removed from my laptop as a safeguard, and it seemed to be just an overheat! So they did a great job and my laptop is working just fine! Thanks Derrick and i trust you with my devices 10fold! Best customer service anywhere!! i truly recommend this fantastic team to service your needs!

Customer service was amazing. They were in the middle of moving their offices and made the time to fit me in. They were able to recover over a decade of cherished photos and videos that I thought were gone forever from an old external hard drive that stopped reading.
They took the time understand what my storage needs are and recommended a super cost effective back up option for me going forward!

My first experience of using Digital Link service was about 2.5 years ago.
My fairly new laptop became annoyingly slow and I went to the experts - technicians of Future Shop (Now Best Buy) . They kept my lap top for a week, and then told me that if I could leave my laptop for another 10 days they would try something different . I didn’t know what to do. I asked Derrick to try his magic and within 24 hours I had my computer back working properly. Since then myself and my company use only Digital Link for any computer related problems, and we’ve had problems… Software, hardware and even simple advice, Derrick and his staff will always have the answer.
I especially appreciate that Digital Link’s service always has an added value. They don’t just fix the computer but also give tips what to do so the troubles won’t happen again. Not just install software, but advise on how to use our database in the most efficient way. These tips helped us a lot and we would never have that information if Derrick and his staff wouldn’t have decided that we need to know it and spent their time to educate us.
I would strongly recommend Digital Link to anyone who is looking for Digital experts who truly care about their customers

If I could give Digital Link 10 stars I would. My employee at that time was struggling with cyber security issues, and when I expressed my concerns to Derrick at Digital Link, not only did he take time out of his day to fully understand the concerns that were presented to him, he did so with such patience, genuineness, care, and concern. Often times, I find individuals in the tech industry to be quite awkward to talk to, but when meeting Derrick, he was personable and spent a lot of time educating us on computer safety. The knowledge that they have on computers, internet, and just anything technology based is incredible. Derrick also got the computer in the best shape of its life. Thank you Derrick and Digital Link for being such a hero!
