When factory direct to get a brand new screen on my phone and the gentleman that looked after us realize that I had a screen protector so we took it off and found out that I didn’t need a brand new screen. I’m very thankful that he was honest and let us know this so we decided to check out other products in the store. I was very happy actually saved us almost $200 amazing and very, very friendly. Highly recommend any of your phone needs.

Very good and fast Service! This people are very honest and gave good advice. My phone was not turning on before so I came here . The guys who were working here they diagnosed my phone and then they told me what problems I have in my phone. Before they do any kind of repair they coated very good price as well as they asked me before doing anything. When I agreed to repair my phone then after they start repair of my phone otherwise they told me if I don’t want to go with repair they will take out their parts and give my phone . Which is a very good care of customer. Also shows the very good respect towards customer.

Once they repair my device they showed me that everything is working and after that they took the payment..

My daughter smashed her iPad screen when it got lodged between her bed and wall in her residence room. I reached out to a few local companies on kijiji on a Sunday night and they were the only ones to respond. Brought it in the next day and fixed in 2.5 hours. Good service and good price. Highly recommended.

I haven’t even left the parking lot and I am writing this review. This is how absolutely disgusted by the owner of this location. I came in yesterday to have a screen fixed on a phone. It would not even turn on, so the owner said “ let me see and I will call you”. An hour later he calls, tells me my phone is ready to be picked up. I ask him how much and he says $65. At this point he has told me it’s fixed, never an estimate. I tell him how pleased I am with it! Today I go in to get it and it’s approximately $230 plus tax. The nice sales associate called him and he said as on speaker phone calling me a liar basically. I told him I wouldn’t pay more than $120 which I thought was generous. Double what he told me basically. He then made the young employee take the phone and take the screen off they installed. All to prove a point. He didn’t want to absorb the cost difference, would rather take the new screen off! I am in shock

Great experience. I cracked my IPhone screen pretty good. Went into the store. Turns out only the protector was smashed. Screen was not damaged. They installed a new protector in 5 minutes. $20. Fabulous.
