Sent a left neon blue controller for repair on July 3rd and then got it back on July 11th. Very satisfied with the quick turnaround. Kids are happy! Nintendo has really good after l-sales customer service!!

Sending products is kinda risky. i sent a joycon recently and they had to replace it, they did it behind my back but at least it was the same color. I do not recommend sending your console there especially if repairing it yourself is complicated. unless you have switch online, do not send your switch.

I sent my NS OLED for repair. But they replaced my item without my consent or without letting me know. So worried if the one they sent me is really the original NS or third party Product (Imitation) the format of serial number of my NS is way different from the nintendo they sent me. Just like tampered or patched. Now im more worried if the one they sent me will gonna last longer.

Reading the reviews, I was worried they would replace my switch, but I didn't have a choice and had to send it in. I got notified they received my switch and then after just half a day, I got notified it was done being serviced. I was surprised by how quickly it was done and also worried they just replaced it instead of fixing it. But upon receiving my switch back, I noticed it was replaced without even contacting me.

If I knew they wouldn't even bother trying to fix it, I would've just gone to a third party electronic repair shop. It's even worse that they didn't even try and copy over my save data. I had spent 5 years now playing on that switch and now all my save data is gone.

They fixed my issue quickly & promptly!

Clearly the other reviewers did not read the Nintendo Factory Service Repair - Terms & Conditions that was sent in the email, where it CLEARLY says "If a product cannot be repaired, it may be replaced with a Factory Certified System."

I am extremely disappointed with the service that I received from Diverso. I sent in my Nintendo Switch for repair, but instead of fixing the issue, the company replaced it completely without my consent. I never requested a replacement, and I was shocked to receive a completely different device in the mail.

Overall, I am extremely unsatisfied with the service that I received from Diverso. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for reliable and honest service.

DO NOT SEND YOUR NINTENDO CONSOLE HERE FOR REPAIR. They will do unauthorized replacements. I sent my console in for repair and left a note saying that they contact me before any resolution was decided. Instead they decided to replacement my Switch unit with a different one (different Serial Number). They also shipped backed a used charger (not the same one I shipped out).
