Sales was great and arranged for a prompt installation to work with our schedule.
The installer was good and was training a new employee. He explained the installation well to the trainee and me as well. He then assisted me creating an account and setting up the wifi.

We had Revi out today from Xplor Internet Wifi. He arrived on time and explained everything to us before he started anything. We were very pleased that he was thorough and very professional as well as friendly and courteous. He also gave us options we didn't even know we had. We tried not to bug him too much but i am sure he got a bit of a fright when our huge dog ran out to say hello. He just took it in stride and we managed to coax the monster back into the house. Xplor is very lucky to have employees like Revi representing them, even if i did call him by the wrong name at least four times. Thank you Revi. Susan.

Installation was difficult at our location due to trees but the installer persevered and we are now able to have excellent internet without buffering issues.
