We put our faith in this company as we used them years ago. We did not know they advertise under previous owners reputation but it is apparently a city owned company now. I would run fast the other way with this one. I have placed 3 calls in the last 5 weeks with no reply from either the company office or Paige that was our landscaper. I have plants that did not blossom (they are daisies, easiest to grow) and a Lily that did nothing. In frustration I bought in another company to access the project ! Well it would be embarrassing to even tell you those results. Get quotes, more than 1. My fault but so far I have been able to get friends to avoid this company ! Just beware! The only plus to this company were the 3 workers and they were lovely and respectful. The only thing.

Avoid this company at all costs. We have been strung along for 4 years. Different people coming to look, saying they will come back, in subsequent years they come back, say they will do the work, and then they completely ghost you. We have given them all the benefit of the doubt and chances, to be left another landscape season, without the work being started. Incredibly disappointed in this company!

The whole crew has been so kind and helpful! If you’re in the Port Williams area looking to get some hardscaping/landscaping done, call Nate or Darren to get a free quote! I can’t talk them up enough. They have a great reputation around the area and for good reason! Thanks again Down To Earth!!

I recently moved into a new home in Kentville and I’ve emailed and called several times over the last 2 years trying to get someone to come out and give us a quote for work we want to do with our yard… even my son who was looking for work never received a phone call back… I’m sure this company may or may not be great to work with but if you’re that busy you can’t even call someone back then make that part of your answering machine message so people don’t bother waiting for your call… Being super busy is no excuse for poor customer service, you can’t even call someone back who wants to work for your company for crying out loud!!
