Mico is awesome! Quick and efficient. He is calculated in deliver of service and cost of items. He recognizes the value of service with a large repair (water damage) against the cost of a new iPhone. I’m super grateful for him and his expertise. Highly recommend! Store is clean, organized and welcoming!

Great service! I wanted a S23 ultra and they were able to find me one within a few hours and had it shipped in the very next day! The phone was cheaper here than anywhere else as well, plus came with 1 year warranty for peace of mind when buying a pre used phone. I was even given a case for my new to me phone which was pretty dang awesome if ya me, little things matter and Dr phone fix Sherwood Park made it easy and pleasant to deal with! Highly reccomend checking em out if you need a new phone and want a fair price!

I went in to have my charging port looked at as my phone wouldn't charge properly. The staff member looked at it and found that there was dirt inside. No need for any new parts. A quick clean and I was out in 5 minutes. Very professional, very clean store. Thank you.

Karan was invaluable, and went above and beyond to help required and needed. I'm a school bus driver and my need for the phone is a requirement and a necessity and he went above and beyond helped me immediately. I highly recommend if you have any difficulties with a cell phone to come to this destination because you will be helped by people who are wonderful and excellent and took the time and patience to help me get back to my students. Poor case already i need a new case. On case it’s cracked. The guy told me this is a good case should last long. Waste of money. It was 70 dollars. I will not be going back there to get a case.
