Overall a good experience, everything went very smoothly and there was no hassle with getting the truck that I wanted. Meet, my salesperson did an awesome job, he personally helped us transfer my belongings from my broken down truck and into the new truck, to getting me on the road very quickly and happily in the ride that I wanted. Also want to thank the other staff that helped along the way as well, couldn't have done it without you.

I’m incredibly happy that I have been able to get such good service locally! I like to shop local as much as possible. Fantastic customer service since my purchase. At Dryden GM they go out of their way to make sure you’re happy and that your vehicle is taken care of. When I got my truck it had an after market exhaust that sounded sick! Unfortunately after the first few years it started to fall apart. Dave the service manager was very nice and understanding. They don’t warranty after market parts but he said he would see what he could do. Bam! He got the company to cover the parts for me and I only had to pay for labour. I have had a couple unfortunate service repairs come up. Blame the driver! Hahaha Seriously though, GM has always been great about giving me a ride to wherever I needed to go or sometimes even a loaner vehicle. Jane is so nice to deal with and sweet. She really keeps you in the loop about what’s going on with your repairs. I really depend on my truck because I travel a lot. Dave Merrifield in service will take care of you. He’s super easy to deal with and friendly. They have an excellent team in service and I highly recommend them. Miigwetch for getting this cowboy back on the road!

I called from Edmonton at 3:30 pm Dryden time. My granddaughter was stuck in Dryden at a gas station not able to open the gas door! Your receptionist was very helpful and kind. She got a salesperson to agree to try and help. When I called my granddaughter she had managed to get it open, gas up and was on the road to Thunder Bay. I am very thankful for the professional way your staff handled this. Apparently taking care of people and solving problems is your main priority. I appreciate it very much. Five star service

I was traveling across Canada when my truck came due for service, i went to the local Dodge dealership to get the service but they said they couldn't fit me in that day. On a whim I pulled into the Chevrolet GMC dealership and even though they were all booked up they said " no problem sir, we'll take care of you" . My truck received a great service by knowledgeable staff . I'd highly recommend this place to any make or model vehicle. Service departments definitely got it going on. Thanks again
