I recently used Budget Printing for some business cards and promotional materials, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The staff was incredibly helpful and guided me through the design process. The quality of the prints was outstanding, and the turnaround time was faster than I expected. I’ve been going to this place since it was in the Northland mall. I went to go print something from their computers today. There was a delay with the printer(which I didn’t know about until the prompt came up) I told the owner and he blamed me for it. He said he had no problem printing it and that I was doing something wrong because “see look I can do it, so you are doing it wrong. It’s easy just look” when I tried to explain that a prompt came up on the screen, he cut me off and said it was my fault. $2.10 to print of one sheet of black and white. No apology from him either. I didn’t say a word to this man. I just left. Terrible customer service. Regardless of what you think, you do not sit there and repeatedly blame the customer, when in fact it was your computer causing the problem. Staples has way cheaper prices, so I will be going there now.

The guy behind the counter (probably owner) is EXTREMELY rude. Cuts you off, just keeps repeating the same thing and won’t answer a legitimate question. No greetings or thank you or anything after they take your package. You need to learn some manners. Don’t go here.

Very disappointed with this company. As an artist newer to the city and only free to pick up orders on the weekend, I contacted them with questions regarding a print quote. They never got back to me after they said they would call and email. Terrible service in this day and age.

I guess confirming the print type was optional, because they went ahead and printed a single-sided color page without asking. At $2.10 for one page, I can only assume this must be premium service and standard printing price in Calgary

No knowledge.
Rudeness in tone.
Kept the call on hold for more than 10 min then cut the call.
Without listening to waybill number or name, directly responded that there is no package for your name.
Awful.
