Here’s my story. I got my back brakes done last year. Why are they grinding a year later? The base plate was so rusted that the mechanic wouldn’t let me drive it home until new parts are found. I have to replace everything dunhams did last year and add another 1500$ on the new work that should’ve been dealt with last year. The new mechanic says the rust should’ve been dealt with last year. I’m left wondering why it wasn’t.

Friendly staff and great service. I was making a 12hr trip, blew a serpentine belt. The folks at Durham's found a new belt in Saskatoon and got me back on the road the next day even though they we're closed on the weekend. Much appreciated!

Was very satisfied with the prompt and professional service from the owner, Mark Dunham. I really appreciated that he was to complete a major repair during the busy holiday season. Best of all, he found out that the replacement parts were covered by warranty and, therefore, the labour was covered by the shop warranty. A stress-free experience.

We picked up a stone chip on our windshield late on a Friday on our way to Watrous. They were great at getting us in right away to try and fix it, although from the look of it there was a chance we wouldn't be able to fix it due to the cracking, and the fact it actually had 2 chips, not one.

We went for an early dinner while they tried to repair it, and afterwards one of the managers drove over and picked us up at the restaurant before the service department closed. We found out that unfortunately they couldn't seal it; however, they then only charged us for 1 chip repair instead of two. Service was amazing, and I felt they really went above and beyond to give us great customer service, and a more than fair price. Highly recommend!

Did a major repair job to the frontend and drive train. Dumhams worked with me to make it affordable and road worthy again. Excellent work and friendly place to go! Have done several other jobs since. They will accommodate and provide a lift or courtesy vehicle as needed!

I've been going to Dunhams for all my work on my Ridgeline.. I've had glass done, suspension work and just recently 200k maintenance.. (Timing belt, water pump, valves etc).. Totally happy with the work done and the great people to deal with.. I'll be back..
