My laptop gave out on a trip, and Marshall had amazing reviews so I decided to call him.

Upon calling and expressing the time sensitive nature of the required repairs, Marshall was very understanding and accommodating.

We arranged to meet within 20 minutes of the phone call in the morning. I had my laptop back in perfect condition that evening.

Marshall is very friendly and his services are reasonably priced. You can tell he truly values customer service.

After months of trying to get an internet issue resolved (in which even the provider was totally unhelpful), Marshal from Durham Tech Solutions came out and fixed the issue. I'd had two other independent tech people out previous (the provider refused to send anyone and wanted to do everything over the phone), but Marshall came to my home and solved the problem.
