Went in for blood work which is normally a quick in and out. Today’s visit was noticeably busier. The young lady with the fun hair was running the entire shop herself. She was managing the front desk, phone and also doing lab work. She managed to do this all without stressing and was so accommodating to everyone that kept walking in. My understanding is that she was the only one there on staff from 7:30 till 9:30. I am sure it was busier than normal due to previous weather events. Kudos. I’m sure you went home tired today. Job well done and we “ residents or Arnprior “ appreciate you.

Regular client there, always quick and efficient. Jill one of the phlebotomists there has drawn blood on me twice so far and she is very skilled, you never even feel the needle. Definitely sticking with this location!

The automated phone system doesn't seem to work, I tried to call for hours to make sure they were open, as I had a time sensitive sample that needed to be dropped off. Ended up having to drive there and they were closed. Google said they close at 4pm, I had an hour before they closed, but no one was around. Had to leave my sample with hospital staff, so hopefully it's still good on Monday! Also, please, fix your automated phone system. I tried pressing all options, and none of them work. Very frustrating.

The nurses are awesome. Brenda is the best at getting blood out of me. The receptionist on the other hand should be working at McDonald's! I appreciate the work being done once you get by the gate keeper.

For 7 1/2 years .y family and I have had the privilege of experiencing the excellent, professional and welcoming service offered by the lab technicians and staff at Dynacare in Arnprior, ON.
My most recent visit to the lab was on Friday, September 3rd, 2021. As always, I am anxious because I am concerned about the results to come. However, as soon as I walked in the laboratory, I was welcomed with a friendly smile from the staff at the registration desk. Then Brenda, the lab tecnician/nurse called me in for my testing. Immediately her smile and gentle voice calmed me. We talked, while she administered 'the testing' and before I realized anything, the testing was done quickly. Brenda, who had a lovely personality and was perfect for this type of testing even drew a happy face on my bandage at the end of my tests! How cute is that?
Before leaving, I was introduced to a portal health program offered by Dynacare.com and when I noticed all the benefits especially having the results of my tests only a few hours after they were completed, I accepted to enroll immediately.
This is all to say that if you or your physician have never used the laboratory services of Dynacare, you have no idea what you are missing! I recommend Dynacare highly.

Ella was so competent taking blood, I didn’t even know she had taken so many vials by the time she was finished. All over and no bruising! And I didn’t feel a thing! Thank you! Thank you!
