I was wrongfully accused of not paying for my storage unit of almost four years and kicked out with less then 24 hours noticed in middle of winter after I was sent not a notice for non payments but a good news letter with my name on it stating the owner pattiann was moving the storage units and it could mean lower cost for units and if I didn't want any items damaged to come get them out before my unit was moved from Logan road to new location down from Walmart. On December 16 2024 I went there to Logan road supper time with boyfriend and when I got out of vehicle the owner pattiann rushed over to me and said I didn't belong there, I was not allowed. When I asked why she stated I never payed in months, I offered to show her proof I did un fact pay but she wouldn't listen kept saying I had to leave and when I told her no I was there to check my unit and if I had to leave she would have to call cops , at that point she said I had 2 weeks to get out only because she wouldn't listen to me when I said I had proof of payment.. she left and I called my dad upset he then went to talk with her and to ask why she was kicking me out without proof. I then get a demand letter shortly after i send her proof of payments, saying I had less then 24 hours to get out for non payment and for threats that I apparently said to her while she was threatening to kick me off the property my storage unit was on . What kind of business women operates like this? I understand mistakes happend and if she honestly thought I hadn't paid she could have sent me email asking for proof instead of verbally accusing me and not letting me show her proof and then kicking me out and middle of winter with no where to store my valuables.

Several times they screwed up with billing. They do not return your calls for weeks. Very poor service. The account is under my elderly mothers name and her credit card bill shows 9 additional months of being charged so far. I have left many messages with both my mothers phone number and my own, Not a single call back

I purchased a 20' container from ECO BOX and was extremely impressed with the responsiveness and rapid turn around time! I called in the afternoon and it was delivered the following day. Patianne was a pleasure to deal with and the placement of the container was conducted with great care. The container is extremely clean.

Documemt everything!. While the box itself was new and clean the service and their record keeper is terrible. Takes weeks to get a response from someone. Not even a phone call. The corner box placement is crowded so I could rarely Access my locker (logan rd) because other people were using their lockers... In my situation it was the amazon delivery people who were there every morning with piles of boxes in the lot...and to top it off 5 months later they are trying to get funds that were originally set up through preauthorized deduction which they said never happened (input error is what my bank said as it wasnt the banks fault as ecobox suggested) and they didn't deduct the 200$ deposit from anything "when they came collecting"...when I gave advanced notice of ending the storage they said that I didn't give notice til the month later than I did...luckily for me I have everything on email..otherwise they throw the "collections" word around just for effect. Renter beware.

I'm struggling to get a reply from this service. They rarely answer the phone, their voicemail box is full, so you can't leave a message. I've emailed several times, and even text. I have read good reviews and bad, I do understand it is a busy time of year, but a reply to a customer that would like to use the business is appreciated. So far a two star, because I have heard from her in the past, but cannot reach them now.

Hard to get ahold of and to meet, she kept upping the price over $1000 more than original quote. Still needed it so went ahead with the sale. She delivered and placed where we wanted it, we are happy with the purchase. Box works as needed.

A few years ago we purchased a container from Eco Box. We received an excellent quality product which was delivered to our door by Eco Box and put perfectly into place. Patianne the owner is extremely kind and helpful! She drove our car carefully into the storage unit...will take care of our battery while we are away for many months..very reasonable price...very lovely person to work with💖
