Jose is the best! I had issues with a used desktop that I bought from here and his help and communication to fix things was top-notch.

~10 months later I brought the desktop back to have some wires replaced and Jose helped out immediately and charged a very fair price for the work. 100% recommend Eco-Tech for any used computing needs.

Jose provided just the most exceptional customer service! After I nabbed a functionally mint condition ThinkPad from him but had trouble with setting up, he went out of his way to help me, saving me $200+ for the same service from BestBuy. He even lended me the software needed to revert back to Windows 10. I would 100% recommend this business; their laptops are as reliable as their character ❗️

Always a fantastic experience, every time, no matter who I've spoken with.
I purchased a laptop here a few years ago and then reached out to them for repairs after I dropped it.

Mostly spoke with Jose, who is very professional and friendly, provided great advice and listened to what I wanted.

I reached out to Eco-Tech about shredding services for 20 banker boxes of documents and was responded to very promptly by Jose!
Jose called me right away, he was very nice, and informative on the process and pricing. I went there that afternoon to drop off my documents and within a few hours I received an email that my documents were shredded and I was provided with the Certificate of Document Destruction!
The service I received was great, and I will definitely use them again for my next batch of shredding!

Very convenient place! I had a portable charger battery inflate a lot and I didn’t know what to do with it, looked like it was gonna burst, and stores with battery recycling bin wouldn’t accept it. Eco-Tech just took it right away, could have saved me some nerves if I knew about this place before.
