Eflynn is the real deal. I was looking for digital signage for one of our locations and could not believe the prices I was getting from other companies. No one had an all in one solution in which the end user could upload content. The other companies wanted monthly fees and service contracts to change content and it was all third party software and hardware. Simply put, i could not put the trust in a company that was doing digital signage as a part time hobby. I am not one that makes a decision only based on price as i believe that you get what you pay for. I do however look for tech that is easy to use and understand. Service and support is by far more important to me than price especially when it comes to tech products that run mu business. I knew from the minute I received an email from Eflynn the same night I enquired about there digital signs, i had found the right company. Next day I'm in there showroom looking at all the models they have and going through my requirements. I knew that I could trust them. I ended up purchasing 4 1080P touch. I could not believe how easy they were to upload content remotely. Their App is unique and their support is top notch. Ive owned these units for 18 months and they are on 12 hours a day 7 days a week with no signs of ware. Try doing that with consumer grade solutions that other companies try to sell you on.
I also rented a massive 3 x 9 (10 foot) video wall for a 2 week show event and it paid for its self with the amount of traffic that came in to our booth.
Over all i am pleased with Eflynn and they have a client for life.

The team at Eflyn went above and beyond for our company. They don't just provide, deliver and set up their interactive displays but they also develop engaging and creative content in the form of their Apps that go on the screen. (Seriously, check out some of their games they've made to engage users). We ordered 35 screens and Eflyn delivered them all over Ontario in quickly and efficiently and continue to service our team with the odd tech issue. Our customers and our sales agents love the screens and it has increased our lead generation 200% in the first 3 months! Have been in communication with them for over a week and the correspondence is terrible. One of the sales rep provided a demo. And in that demo gave me some pricing. When the actual quote came, the price was completely different. When questioned about that, they just stopped responding… after 3 email follow up, got a one liner that another person will call me. But no calls came.
If this is the response time and communication level during the sales process, I wonder what the service level would be after we purchase their product.

Thank you for your response, however your response is not accurate :
1. The quote that was provided by your Demo team was almost half of what your written quote was. When I emailed asking for clarification, there was no response from you… after following up twice over a week, I got a one liner that someone will call me, but never heard back. Not did I receive any voicemail as claimed by you.
After writing this review I received an email from you saying that someone will call me today and set up a meeting for 11:45am, and now it is 2pm and I am still waiting for the call.

So whoever in your team is saying that they are calling is actually not calling.

And the discrepancy in the quote - verbal (during the demo) vs what I received on email. Is well documented as my Otter auto documents all notes during my zoom meeting .
