Amazing everything. Love the service and work done with fixing my cell phone screens every time my family needs help. Amazing prices and selection of laptops, cells, tvs to choose from.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Electronics Planet. I went there to get my phone screen fixed and initially thought everything went smoothly for a reasonable price. However, less than 24 hours later, the screen went black and completely stopped working. I tried everything—resetting, charging, etc.—but nothing worked.

When I called to request a refund so I could go to an official Apple Store, they refused and insisted they could only replace the screen. Despite explaining my concerns and wanting my money back, they would not budge. I visited the store in person the next day, only to be told again that they don’t offer refunds. This was not disclosed before I paid, and their policy doesn’t mention a "no refunds" clause.

I spent $200 on a repair that didn’t even last a day, and now I’m forced to dispute the charge through my credit card provider. Save yourself the frustration—avoid this place if you want reliable phone repairs!

Totally a bait a switch store. They advertise phones they do not have on facebook marketplace, then you drive accross the city, and then they try to sell you another phone at higher price. They said, "oh we had the phone but sold out". Their advertisement on facebook marketplace showed a stack of 7 phones. I was the only person in the store. So you are telling me that by 1 pm, you sold 8 iphone 8's before I arrived. I don't think so.

Bought a used iPhone and within a week had problems with the camera, brought it back and within 30 minutes I had an identical replacement with a brand new battery! Would highly recommend, knowledgeable and stood behind their devices, no issues after more than a month

Sarabh has always gone above and beyond for trying to help our family get our phone situated. This place offers great coverage. It also has great quality phones at very good, reasonable prices. I highly recommend this electronics store for all your cell phone needs. They also carry a variety of laptops, tablets and TVs. My experience here has always been excellent. This Store is 100× Better than Mobile Care at Chinook mall, who sold me a stolen phone, than replaced it w a broken phone and told me to go fix it in my own.

This store, Electronics Planet, has given me no issues, what so ever. We bought 4 phones from this location now. The gentleman showed me how to troubleshoot a few things on my new phone before leaving, put my sim card in and made sure I had access to all my apps from the stolen phone.

By far, the Best Customer Service In Calgary.
I recommend to everyone, everywhere.
