I deeply regret bringing my down filled matress topper to Elegant Cleaners.

I chose to use Elegant Cleaners after verifying an extremely high business review score on Google. My personal experience is not in alignment with the reviews I read.

The mattress topper shrunk significantly during the cleaning process (6 inches). When I phoned to report this unsatisfactory result, the owner tried to assure me that there is a good chance it may stretch back out after using it. I may have accepted that response had the shrinkage not been so extreme.

I am told I will receive my money back for the cleaning if the size hasn't returned to normal after 10 days. This is frustrating as the mattress topper was approx. $400 and it isn't even a year old at the time of writing this. Even if I get my money back in 10 days time, I will still be out the $400 it cost me to purchase the topper, and if I choose to replace it, I will be required to spend another $400.

I’m so thrilled! I brought a pair of white linen pants in with unknown stains (possibly wood stain) and he managed to get it out!! I thought I was going to have to throw them away and they’re my favourite pants. Will definitely go back here!

Professional service and quality at an affordable price. Nosh is friendly, courteous and fun. I drive all the way to Bells Corners from Gatineau because of the care and customer service here BECAUSE it is so amazing. If you need dry cleaning, alterations or ANY of their services I recommend this place.
