Started dealing with Ali around mid February and back and forth it finally got ready to use by beginning of May. Met Tanner a couple of times but mostly Ali. Now I have been asking Ali since August to see why all these preauthorized payments coming out of the account. At first he will look into it, then busy now he ignores me completely. Love the clover machine made it so much easier with the business but the service sucks
