Terrible disheartening experience. We hired Shaun to do our website in November and paid 1/2 of the full fee down for nothing. He originally told
Me it would take about two weeks to have a first draft. Two weeks came and went and nothing. Repeated contacts with him with very little work on a new website site but plenty of excuses. Finally 4 months later I have up and hired a new designer. I had had enough. He didn’t apologize or even offer our money back - absolutely terrible to deal with. Do not ever hire this company and waste your time.

Really bad customer service. They charge thousands to start a website when you can start one for free. Want a theme for your site? It's free. Hosting? If you want a proper domain it's no more than $5 per month. They told a friend of mine they would build a website for $1,200, built a static page, then said it's $1,000 more for a website with menus - ridiculous. The woman who owns this place uses free labour from Loyalist College and calls them interns. She rips people off. If you need a website look further than this place or you will throw your money away.
